short squeak V70-XC70 2002

I have a short squeak when backing to the street. Wheels are turned left almost all the way, there is a little bump @ street/driveway interface; squeak is coming from the left wheel area; steering stops are greased;
would this be the spring moving/shifting in the collar of the shock ?
