A/C Blower only works on highest setting 850 1994

Most likely, you blower motor is starting to bind up and causing too much current to flow through the resistor pack. This causes the resistor pack to burn out. The high speed position on the fan switch will bypass the resistor pack, which will power the blower directily.

Does you blower motor ever make weard noises? If so, it's time to replace it. I would be very careful about just changing the resistor pack. You don't want to install a new pack, and have the bad blower motor cause the new part to fail.
