I have had mine stop time to time. As the other post says you can get acces to the motor - try also wiggling the connector on it. If perturbing the motor makes it run sometimes - take out the blower motor assembly (see Bay13 passenger dash access for how-to). Thoroughly clean up all the connections. You can remove the motor from the housing (1 screw). Clean up the commutator on the motor. Also relube the bearings (though they are the oil impregnated type). This has kept my motor going for more than 2 years. Eventually the brushes will wear to the point where you need a new motor.
