Perplexing fender replacement issue

I mangled my fender, as written earlier. I have been looking and looking for used fenders in my color 418 Pearl Red (didn't want to deal with painting) but haven't found anything without dings. So, I have the choice of 1) around $400 for an OEM primed fender, then get someone to paint it for $?, 2) get a good used fender (about $100) in color whatever, have it prepared (sand blasted??) and painted for $?, or 3) go aftermarket and get it painted (found a guy on ebay does both for around $285 with shipping). Spent some time looking up CAPA certification and found eye popping statistics on failure of even CAPA parts to meet spec.

So, I know I asked before, and was steered clear of aftermarket, but what about options 1 and 2? Any guesses on what a shop would charge to paint an OEM fender? And how would that compare to prepping a good used fender and painting it? I feel as though I am still far from figuring this out and any help would be appreciated. Don '95 854T
