ABS Light comes on.....occasionally S70

I have noticed the same thing here in CT. At 93K miles and 8 years old, my '98 V70AWD has started the intermittent ABS/TRACS light behavior. It was predominantaly on hot days. I'm going to wtch it for awhile as the seasons change to fall and winter. I refuse to pay the dealer another $60-$120 for a reapir that I can do on this car.

What might be some other areas to look for with this intermittent ABS light issue? Are there particular wheel connectors that are an issue for example? The first time my car did this it was just after being driven on some loose rock surface.
