No, I don't know of any sources for manuals. I'm trying to get one of the Vadis DVDs because I don't know of a source for a manual and was not impressed with the quality of the Alldata materials. Servicing my VW TDIs and Honda is much simpler because of the quality of the manuals. For you second question, no. I didn't pin lock the cam shafts, I just set the alignment according to the directions.
