I would bet just about anything it's a bad relay. Can you not switch the relays out of one of the other 850's to see?...I think they're all the same (the one in the engine compartment close to the fan itself, not in the relay box) on 850's. Anyway, if you need a new relay, the part number is 9442933 and an alternative part #3523872 is also listed. If you call www.fcpgroton.com (there toll free number is on their website) they could tell you more and their prices are better than most others.
