I may have a later model ECC module - help those with '99 and newer S70 S70 1998

I have a 99 S70 and I do not have any of those "symtoms". When using the fans "manual" position, the speed is very steady and, when on "Auto" the speed starts high and gently slows down as the temperature is regulated. It doesn't make any difference whether the car is moving or not.

I recently had the ECC replaced (long story) and it works the same as the old one did prior to it's "demise".

I would suggest a second opinion if another dealer is handy.
