Headrest removal 760GLE w/leather??? 700 1987

Hi all,

I have an '87 760 GLE. I want to remove the leather seat covers and replace the heated seat elements.

I've "tried" to remove the headrest on the driver's side, and just can't. I know you have to push on the cushion in a certain spot to remove the cover, hehe.... I've tried and tried, but nothing.

There is a trick to this, but.... I just can't figure it out!

Help please.. ;)..

the button is there, in the certer more or less about a third of the way from the top. you have to apply considerable force to the button.
