960 1995 NO AIR IN VENTS S90-V90

i took off everything that I needed to to get at the vacuum motors that control the vents I checked two of them for vacuum leaks and they were fine I could not easily get to the rear one, could this mean I have an issue with the control unit itself thanks for any help

The dual acting motor, the one with two ports is the one that usually goes. Did you check both sides of that one?

The seal around the actuating rod that makes it "push" is a poor design in my opinion. Similar design in the recirculate vacuum motor located at the back of the unit behind the blower.

THESE ARE ALOT EASER TO CHECK FROM THE SPLITTER , REMOVE GLOVE BOX INSERT AND CHECK THE LINES AT THE CONTROLLER KINDA TO THE LEFT TOWRDS CONSOLE. REMOVE CONNECTER ALL THE LINES ARE INSERTED IN AND TEST VAC FROM THERE.

ALSO EASY TO FIX IF YA NEED
