My 88 won't pass. I changed out the o2 sensor & didn't change the readings much. The NO is what is failing. the readings are @ 15 mph-1809 (PPM), passing is 791 PPM.
@25 mph-1795 PPM, passing is 730 PPM. Any ideas. Will fuel inj. additive screw up a test?
