Well, on US cars it's to the left of the glove box, tucked beneath the vent duct opening.
If "goo day" means you're in a drive-on-the-left, sit-on-the-right part of the world, then things might be reversed. Anyway, it should be under the vent duct. It's about 2 or 2.5 inches long (OK, 50-65 mm), and about 1x1 inches thick. That's the auto tranny one. I suppose the standard tranny relay could have a different shape.
As for the leak, I'll assume you've already cleaned up the flame trap system. If not tended to, clogs therein will cause pressure buildup in the crankcase, with the result that oil will leak from any conveniently weakened gaskets. For information on that, see the FAQ (top right corner of these pages - dropdown list), scroll down to the index, and go to "Engine - Seals, belts, crankcase ventilation". It's all there.
15-40 oil is great for fixing leaks. At least in my book. Bought our '90 in Oct. '05, was leaking oil like crazy from the rear main seal. I drained the old stuff, put in 15-40, no more problems. It costs more than 10-30 oil, but nowhere near as much as a rear main seal replacement. And per the owners manual, it's spec'd unless your air temperatures get down around -5 or -10 deg. F, something like that. Don't use 20-50 oil, that's not spec'd under any conditions, if I recall correctly.
