removing map pockets 200

I have two map pockets in excellent shape, and was wondering what tools you all use to get to the very inaccessible screws... I'm removing all the door panels to add new plastic where the door switches go. Any help is much appreciated - what tools, etc., what kind of screwdriver, where to buy, etc... thanks!

I would add to what Bob said that you need to be very careful of that old and brittle plastic. I have cracked more otherwise good door pockets than I can remember.

Once the three clips (look like plastic round head bolts) are out, use the heel of a hand to hit the corner upwards. Once the pocket is off those bolts, rotate it bottom upwards to 90 degrees from the door and it should come right off.

Good Luck,

Bob (registered as B.C.)

Remove the three clips along the bottom by turning 1/4 turn and pull out. Then pull the bottom side of the pocket out slightly and pop it upward from the bottom. The pocket has notches at the top that slip off the retainers. No need to remove the screws.
