I would add to what Bob said that you need to be very careful of that old and brittle plastic. I have cracked more otherwise good door pockets than I can remember.

Once the three clips (look like plastic round head bolts) are out, use the heel of a hand to hit the corner upwards. Once the pocket is off those bolts, rotate it bottom upwards to 90 degrees from the door and it should come right off.
