Look at the block that they are mounted in, it looks like a rectangle, take a pocket screwdriver, place it under the short side of the rectangle, between the edge of the housing and the armrest and pry it up. Just that simple, with the entire block of switches up and out of the armrest you should be able to pop the individual switches out of the housing.
