On this end of I35, the local pick&pull sells each seat for $18. Leather is always hard and cracked, but most fabric ones just need to go in the washing machine.
The foam can be reinforced with blue jeans and 3M fabric glue. Those infamous hog clips are easily replaced with zip ties.
