1990 SW question on timing belt 200

TDC is TDC. The camshaft position determines whether it's compression or not, and has reference marks to line up on the belt sprocket and rear belt cover. Same for the Intermediate sprocket that drives the distributor.

The crankshaft references are the notch in the outer edge of the rear belt guide "cup washer" and the raised ridge on the aluminum seal carrier bolted to the front face of the block.

To loosen and tighten the harmonic pulley bolt, I recommend the "Rope Trick" described here.
