93 no start, no spark but good crank 200 1993

"Radio supression relay....humm, is that a black relay box near the ignition coil? never heard of it before."
• You don't have that relay. It's only on 700/900 cars. You can also ingore most of the other items listed above. You still have a Power Stage problem. Ignition and Fuel CUs are working OK.**

"So, just to be sure, I should have power at the coil when the key is at ON and at start positions, even have slightly voltage reduction at crankingin the coil."
• Yes, coil terminal #15 always has power with key on. The "voltage reduction" when cranking is because the starter takes a lot of it.

** As I said in your previous thread, if the Fuel relay and pumps work when cranking (as you've said they do), then the Fuel System must have received timing pulses from the Ignition CU. Which means that the Ignition CU has received pulses from the Crank Position Sensor. All that stuff is doing what it should.

But the Power Stage (even if new) is NOT doing what it should—which is to initiate the spark by "triggering" the ground side of the coil (terminal #1). Maybe there is a problem at the connector plug.

1 - Take a close look at the Power Stage connector plug contacts. Make sure none are spread open too far—or pushed back into the plug farther than the others.

2 - There should be +12V at pin #4 with Key On. If voltage is there, it should fluctuate between 0 and 2 volts when the starter is cranking.

3 - And pin #2 must have good continuity to ground (remove and scrape clean the back wire ground connection at the rear support bracket on the fuel rail).
