Dear Philip,
Good p.m. and may this find you well. The blower motor switch - in the climate control unit (front, center console, above the radio) - may have failed. If so, there will be no power to the blower motor.
You might want to inspect the switch, to see if there are signs of failure (burned connections, etc.). It might also be the case, that the connector has worked loose (shouldn't happen, but someone may have been in there, and not re-connected it securely).
You might check the motor, by supplying 12-volts to it, from a portable source. If the motor runs, then that further suggests the switch.
The fact that the fuses are in good order, suggests that the motor is fine. When motors fail, they start to draw more current, which often "blows" the fuse.
If the climate control unit's fan switch has failed, I believe you should head for a salvage yard. Removing the unit is not hugely hard: see some of my posts, for the details.
Hope this helps.
Yours faithfully,
spook
