240 Taillight lenses. After market or OEM 200

hi,
my 1993 240 needs new taillight lenses. The After Market lenses are cheaper (about $40.00 less) and they also come with a circuit board. My question is - are the aftermarket lenses of good quality. Will they fade or crack and leak waterjust as the OEM lenses do? OR worse.
