Check with www.egauges.com. I'm fairly certain that the VDO sender they have is the right one. Ask first, though.

Also, I happened to have scanned the install instructions:

"http://oak.cats.ohiou.edu/~ridgely/Volvo_docs/"

You might need to do a "save as" to open it though...
