No start, engine does not crank 900 1995

Put your meter on the battery and have someone try to crank the car.
I suspect the voltage will go way below 12.6 volts - to maybe 4 or 6 V.
If this is the case, get a new battery, yours is toast - do not mess with the alternator!!
Another test you need to do is to get the car started with a jump. After the jumper cables are disconnected, and with your engine running, put your meter back on the battery. You should read a minimum of 13.2 volts on the battery, up to a maximum of 14.3 volts. If you get a reading anywhere between these two while your engine is running, then your charging system is working 100%.

This is true for ALL cars, BTW
