What temperature thermostat should I use? 200

The original was probably a 92C - that's what is spec'd in the owner's manuals I've seen, and is in all our 4-cyls. The 87C was for turbos.

The genuine Volvo stat I got at the dealer was a Wahler, and had the "Volvo" font stamped into its rim. Make sure you use a new rubber seal, and don't overtighten those little 10mm nuts that hold the housing on.
