Anyone successful in repairing rusted floors? Any tips? 200

I'm think of doing the POR 15 treatment to the entire cabin in the spring. Is that a good idea?

That's what I did for the Duett, cheap insurance. If there is any chance of water getting into the cab the POR-15 will prevent it from rusting out, at least from the inside out.

I think most 240s are probably worth saving if the car fits your needs and it's not terminal rust. The only reason I went for a diesel pickup over a later 240 wagon was I needed something with a 10,000+ lb towing capacity. Otherwise a 240/245 and a 5'x8' trailer would do just about anything I can think of.
