Diesel in a Gas Engine? 200

I would not do this as a regular thing and not for very long.
If you change oil relatively frequently and use heavy duty (high-detergency)
oil, you should keep "sludge" to a minimum. Right now the major contributor
is short-trip cold-weather operation that dumps both gasoline and condensation
into your crankcase. Neither is a good lubricant and both contribute to
sludge formation as well as corrosion.
