Removing the 940 fuse tray... HOW? 900

I saying this without going out into the rain to look at my 940, so take it for what it costs. I had the console apart about two years ago to work on the AC control. As I recall, you first open the ash tray then dedress the spring latch at the center to remove the ash tray.

Then lift on the latch at the bottom of the box the ash tray fits in. I think it is labeled something about fuses. Remove the ash tray box and you can then see the fuses and check them if needed.

Next, remove the cigar lighter. Then pull out the plastic cover over the lighter socket. It just snaps right out.

Behind this cover are the screws you are looking for. I don't recall the next step but removing those screws should lead you to it.
