Which Vacuum Line? 900

I am trying to isolate which vacuum line may have a gap. The rpm gauge does not move when the engine surges on cold start. But the engine stumbles badly, and only recovers the car barely moves. If it is a vacuum line, any ideas on which one is the likely culprit??
