First of all I just replaced my thermostat as I had no engine heat. Now I have a problem with the fuel guage I never had before. The guage shows proper fuel level when in pos2 but after starting it shows a full tank. It slowly rises up to the full mark. It never did this before replacing the thermostat.

Please Help!!!

Does the fuel gauge slowly rise up without the engine running or does it need to be turned on. If the fuel gauge rises with increasing engine temp then maybe your instrument cluster has a problem. Disconnect the temp gauge and see what happens to the fuel gauge. Does it start working correctly?

I ment to say disconnect the temp gauge sender unit plug.
