You're right that there are no adjustments in the front end of these cars besides toe-in. The struts mount right to the strut towers with no provisions for adjustment or slotted holes or any other feature allowing adjustment.

One of two things is going on:
Either your toe-in is still screwed up enough after the work you've done to make it mechanically solid again, and your tires are fighting each other going down the road (extreme toe-out, for example, would cause the wheel to look angled-out at the bottom, if the car was rolling forward.) -

Or the strut tube is bent; the control arm is bent (doesn't seem likely since these *usually* have cast aluminum arms); the strut rod is bent (the arm that goes from control arm to the frame, with the cone bushings on it); or the worst case, the tower or one of the frame hard mounting points is bent.

I would thoroughly inspect the strut tube and control arm for signs of bending- look for cracked off paint or undercoating, or other stress markings. If anything appears bent you will have to replace it. That inner tie rod end you heated up to straighten? Yeah, that's junk. The metal has been yielded, and now it's not properly annealed. The strength of this critical part is compromised, and could break with much less of an impact that it's designed for. You don't want that to come apart at highway speeds. The inner tie rod ends list for about $70, and many suppliers sell for much less than that.

Then you'll have to get it aligned. If it is brought into spec for toe, and still has the camber problem, the car's going to need to be measured on a frame jig, like a body shop uses. There are critical measurements from tower-top to tower-top and to reference marks on the front frame rails and firewall which will determine when the car is square again.

Hopefully the damage is limited to some components, but you may not be that lucky.
