Is trunk lock part of central locking on a '90? Can it be hooked in? 200

All 86-93 240 trunks are actuated by the central locking system. To disable the trunk, using the master key, turn the lock counter clockwise till the key is horizontal. To reenable central locking, turn clockwise to righttill key stops, then return keyto vertical position.
