Most likely not, unless the leak is bad enough to admit excess air in front of the oxygen sensor. If it is before the oxygen sensor (mounted in or near the catalytic convertor in these models, North American cars anyway), then yes it's possible.
More likely cause for erratic idle is a filthy throttle body. If you have not cleaned it, buy a throttle body gasket and spray can of carburetor cleaner, and remove the throttle. Clean it out thoroughly and make sure the switch clicks at the closed position.
This should smooth out any idle problems you have. Good luck with it!
