ANSWER ‘77 264 B27F Super-Excessive Fuel Delivery 200 1977

Lift the fuel distributor body off the air flow sensor unit and check that the center plunger is moving freely. If it is it may fall out, so be carefull, but I suspect it is gummed into place. Work it loose with lacquer thinner or Brakcleen, and don't use pliers. It is a very accurate fit.
