Did the shop torque the control arm at ride height? These bushings have to be torqued with the car's full weight on the ground. If the bushings are torqued with the control arm hanging down once the car is put on the ground it will tear the rubber away from the metal sleeve. I would hope the shop knows this but they may not?? Dan
