Seat Stutter 900

Hello, You have a week motor, or the track is not in sinc. If you are carfull you can swap the motors. I liker using the front motor in the block of three,(the one most forward). Use a paper clip to remove the wire conn. from terminal block when swapping the motor. Make sure you have it wired right so that is does not work backwards from switch. This cures the problem about 80% of the time. The others have so much soda and coffee and food and what not that has been churned into the gear that it is almost impossible to fix. To check the amount of power you need to move the cable remove the electric motor 4, 8mm head screws and use a small adjustable wrench on the square end to twist the cable in its housing. You should be able to see the seat move on one side. Do the opposite cable and check for bind again. If both are free and turn moderatly easy then you need to make sure the gear on both sides in in the exaCT same spot. Run the seat up to the froward stops, then install motor, check for binding and make sure there is enough grease on the end of the cable! Put it all back together and hope it works, other wise I will see you down at the pick and pull.
