The J-block has front and rear halves, each fed by a separate line from the MC.

Each J-Block half has 3 outlets.

The rear J-Block half feeds:
Left Rear, Left Front Upper, Right Front Upper .

The front J-Block half feeds:
Right rear, Right Front Lower, Left Front Lower.

If you have to run new caliper lines, connect them to whichever outlets are convenient, since all 3 outlets in each half are common.
