ANSWER wet floorboard 700 1990

Yes, antifreeze in your floorboard is a safe bet that's its heater core. I recently did mine, american version. If you don't need heat, you can bypass the core. Under the hood, 2 hoses go into the firewall, disconnect them, and just connect(I used a 1/2" diameter copper pipe, about 3" long to bypass)
First it is a major job. I did mine over the weekend. Look here. You may have to reverse some things due to english version.
