REBUILD TURBO OR GET NEW ONE 700 1990

lOOKING FOR ADVISE I have a 1990 volvo 760 turbo 235k miles has developed a rumble and vibration around 2500 to 3000 rpm after it downshifts it quites down also can be heard at idle under load always used mobil 1 every 5 k miles since new.I read troule shooting i found Majestic turbo Waco TX will rebuild for $350.00 a new one is 789.00 from mobil auto parts has any one delt with Majestic turbo and is a new one a better way to go .I like car hope to keep it a while
