Should I bid on the 245? 200

Their was an 84 or 85 turbo wagon for sale on craigslist in the seattle area. Looked like a really nice rust free example. If I lived in the US I would've bought it. I've found with experience that the decent older turbo volvo's are very hard to find. They usually have had numerous owners by now and had the crap driven out of them.
