I agree. Any tranny failing after a fluid change was on its last legs anyway. Try the FAQ flush approach with plain Dexron ATF from Walmart. Add some AutoRx and follow instructions, then flush again. This may or may not help the shifting problems but certainly will stop any further degradation from poor lubrication and dirt.
