My 1988 is a 240, so there are some differences een though both have the B230F engine.
Look at the place where the accordion hose connects to the throttle body. Just before that connection there are two larger vacuum hoses connected to it. One goes sort of to the front, one more to the rear.
The front hose goes to the Idle Air Controller (IAC), the rear one goes to the flame trap. Follow it. On my engine, that hose goes above the intake manifold to a place between rails #3 and #4,it has a larger diameter flared end that fits down over the flame trap cup. That cup sits atop a short hose that goes down and connects to the oil separator box.
There is a smaller hose from the flame trap cup to Intake manifold rail (#1 or #2)where it slips over a brass fitting there. That hose and fitting must be very clear, they provide vacuum to the oil vapors when the engine is at idle.
The easiest way I know of to get at the oil separator box is to remove the throttle body (a good time ot clean that, use a new gasket).
Given the amount of blockage you seem to have, I would get a new oil separator box, including the 0-ring, new flame trap and cup, and new hoses. Start clean.
Once you get them on and the throttle body on, and its switch adjusted, start'er up. While the engine is still cool, pull the oil filler cap and make your palm seal the hole. You should feel a vacuum pulling at your palm. If not, the PCV system is still not right.
Good Luck,
Bob
