Yep, that's the fuel pump relay. You don't need to wait for a non-start to check the Crank Position Sensor (CPS). Just find the plug at the back of the engine and check it's insulation - if it's frayed, replace.

The sensor looks like this:


And is located roughly here:


FCP Groton, eeuroparts and the other usual suspects have replacement sensors for about $20.
