I haven't had a problem with rear rotors from Advance Auto, at least for 12 months or so, but I do drive very hard. I would recommend their cheapest pads for temporary use only, if the leading and trailing edge of the pads are not beveled, take out a file and bevel them. They'll work just fine until you have a chance to replace them with the good stuff... perhaps the next time you rotate tires. Other option would be to hit the dealership but don't forget the personal lubricant!
