83 244DL Stalls while driving 200 1983

The fuel relay is buzzing because the 25A fuse is not passing enough current for the total fuel system load (pumps, injectors, ECU, AMM). There's enough current for the System relay to energize, but when the Fuel relay pulls in everything dies. The cycle repeats rapidly, causing the "Buzz".

Attend to the 25 fuse near the coil, including it's holder, and wiring – especially where the wire attaches at the battery + terminal.
