ANSWER No. 900

Unfortunately, no. However, you should be able to install an M46 from a late model 740 turbo, assuming that your 940 has Bosch LH-Jet FI and not Rex Regina FI (LH-Jet has a crank position sensor mounted in the bellhousing).

An imported car won't meet U.S. smog requirements and would need many $$$ modifications to pass inspection/smog here.
