Updated fuel rail problems 900 1995

I'm trying to install the new fuel rail on my 960,the problem is that I put the new bolts in the intake and they don't let the injectors seat in the intake.The injectors need to go at least another 3/8 to 1/2 inch down in the intake is there another part that I don't have or I'm I suppose to drill the intake holes the dia.of the bolts shank.I called Volvo and get the run around to bring the car in and they will fix it.If anybody has done this please respond to this message.

I remember reading that others had the same problem with new fuel rails, there are new bolts to use, and sometimes the parts counters are not aware of this.

Call around to a better dealer and see if you can get more info. You might do a search here too, thought there were some pictures to show what the differences were.
