I want to purchase a repair manual for a 120 series Volvo. I am brand new at this, so I need one that explains things well. Which one should I buy?

    There is no question that the "green book" factory manual is superior, however, I think Haynes does a very good job too.

    The best is the green factory manual. There is a guy that sells them on CD on
    ebay. If I come across more info on him I'll repost. Be sure and get one that
    is at least as late as your model as there were changes along the way.
    BTW Hardcopies also show up occasionally on ebay. There may also be ads for them
    in Rolling Mag.

      I recently bought the Factory literature, which includes all service and repair information, from the guy on eBay. He is in Poland. The cd is very well put together and I received it around 4 days after I ordered it, from Poland. I highly recommend it. I'm hoping to print mine soon and punch holes and bind so I can read from paper instead of a moniter for a change.
