Looks like it is pretty much about all done, Scott. I was going to mention making sure the breather box on the side was clear, but you replaced that. With frequent oil changes, you should have a good motor for many miles. Synthetic oil will keep sludge down in a turbo if you don't mind the extra $$. I go 10K between changes with synthetic. Not sure if that is what others might do.
Probably the next thing you might encounter is some things in the suspension, bushing and such. Also the FAQ's say to change out ALL fluids ...i.e., power steering, brake fluid.
The main thing I would do from this point is to make sure your cooling system is good, and even in lieu of a possible oversight ...watch your gauge religiously. I do all the time, as I have had a hose burst - was not careful about cutting the engine quickly and I had a badly warped head.
Other than an overheat, most things on the B230 engine is pretty forgiving. Even if you forget the timing belt, the motor is non interference if the belt breaks.
Looking at how much you have paid for repairs, some of them just normal stuff - I might try to find a cheaper shop, or maybe team up / buddy up with a mechanically inclined Volvo enthusiast in your area.
I wish you well.
