BAD grounds,,,,clean everyone you can find& reclamp the clamp fitting.
my 89 did the same thing for a while,,,Volvo forgot to build a car the rusted away b now.that's the only problem,,,you just have to outsmart the little things that you wouldn't notice in your car if IT WAS A RUSTED CORRODED PC.OF SH*T IN A JUNKYAR BY NOW.
These things are great!
