1991 AC condensor blower 200

You are correct; the "condensor blower" (one of many names for the same thing) is the pusher fan which is mounted in front of the AC condensor on '91+ 240s. It gets its power from a relay which is clip-mounted to the coil, and it is further controlled by a pressure or temp switch in the refrigerant line immediately upstream of the orifice tube (passenger side frame rail, just aft of the the headlight).

Pull the grille off and find the connector for the fan; disconnect it, then apply 12v to it (you need a ground, too - I think it's a 2-wire connector). KEEP YOUR HANDS AND TOOLS CLEAR!!! That fan spins with a vengeance.

If the fan works with 12v applied, then hook it back up to its harness, and move over to that pressure/temp switch (it's been described both ways; I'm not sure which it is). Pull the connector off, and use a solid wire or paper clip to jumper across the pins on the connector - NOT on the switch itself. Keep your jumpered connector from shorting to ground, but then start the car and the AC and see if the fan comes on. If it does, then that switch is questionable. I'm not sure how big a deal it is to replace the switch; a number of us who live in HOT climates (I'm in AZ...) just jumpered across the connector, taped it up and let it go at that. This means the fan comes on whenever the compressor is running - might be overkill in more moderate climates.

If the fan doesn't come on with the connector jumpered, then the relay is the next likely culprit. With the temp/press switch still jumpered, apply 12v to the relay coil and see it that pulls the relay in. If not, replace the relay.

Hope that's clear enough to get you started.
