1. Try not to spill gasoline- Apparently it's expensive and flammable
2. Avoid lighting matches
3. Keep that line clean
I just did this job a bit ago and I hurried through it and somewhat regret not cleaning that whole pump/filter tray as accessing a clean one in the future would be nice. Also, look over the wiring boot-terminal-thingy of the fuel pump. Good Luck!
